1. Application License Agreement

Welcome to the IFKEY Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as "the application"). Before using the application, please carefully read and understand this User Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using the application in any manner, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

2. User Information and Privacy Protection

We respect and protect your privacy. Please refer to our "Privacy Policy" for details on how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared. By using the application, you agree to provide and process your information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy."

3. Service Content and Changes

We reserve the right to update or upgrade the application and its services at any time, and to modify or discontinue any part or all of its features without prior notice. While we strive to ensure service stability and availability, we do not make any explicit or implicit guarantees in this regard.

4. User Conduct Guidelines

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the application and to refrain from any illegal, infringing, disruptive, or harmful activities that could infringe on the rights of others.

5. Disclaimer

We will make every effort to repair and remedy any service interruptions, data losses, or other issues caused by network failures, hardware malfunctions, system instability, improper user operations, or other reasons. However, we cannot guarantee the complete avoidance of such risks and do not assume legal responsibility for these issues.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement, including its signing, performance, interpretation, modification, supplementation, and dispute resolution, is governed by Chinese law. In the event of a dispute regarding the content or execution of this agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to a competent People's Court for resolution.
